盘古开天辟地之时在昆仑山丢下一颗种子，这颗种子吸收天地之精华结出一颗神果。传说得到神果就拥有盘古之力，顿时三界之内的神魔都来争夺，可惜神果让一头法力无边的神兽看管着… 之后一名痴情女子云若嫣为救自己的丈夫闯入昆仑山要夺得神果，云若嫣的痴情感动了天地，她拿到了神果 可惜还是没能救活自己的丈夫。 云若嫣经过昆仑圣母的指点，追寻自己丈夫两生两世，最终把神果献给了自己的爱人，可惜两世后的丈夫心术不正，吃了神果成了妖神，成了三界公敌。 之后，三界之内大乱，当初的神兽幻化成神翁告诉云若嫣，她乃是女娲之后，云若嫣这才明白了一切… 最终云若嫣牺牲自己灭了妖神，三界恢复了平静。
